All dental services are provided by licensed dental professionals in accordance with the laws and regulations of the United Mexican States. Treatment plans are customized based on individual patient needs and clinical evaluations conducted by our specialists.

3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments may be scheduled via our website contact form, WhatsApp, email, or phone. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the following:

• Confirmation: All appointments are confirmed via WhatsApp or email. Please ensure you receive a confirmation before your visit.
• Cancellation Notice: We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the appointment slot to other patients.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to accommodate other patients.
• No-Shows: Repeated failure to attend scheduled appointments without notice may result in a requirement to provide a deposit for future bookings.
• Emergency Appointments: We make every effort to accommodate dental emergencies on the same day, subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all dental services provided by our clinic:

• Treatment Estimates: Before commencing treatment, you will receive a detailed treatment plan with cost estimates. Final costs may vary based on clinical findings during treatment.

5. Warranties on Dental Work

Dentist Playa del Carmen stands behind the quality of our work. The following warranty terms apply:

• Dental Implants: We provide a written warranty on dental implants. The specific terms and duration are outlined in the warranty document provided at the time of treatment.
• Crowns and Veneers: Porcelain veneers and zirconia crowns are covered by a written warranty against manufacturing defects and premature failure under normal use.
• Warranty Conditions: Warranties are valid provided the patient maintains proper oral hygiene, attends recommended follow-up appointments, and does not subject dental work to abnormal wear or trauma.
• Warranty Claims: To file a warranty claim, contact our clinic with your treatment records and a description of the issue. We will schedule a clinical evaluation at no charge to determine if the warranty applies.
• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage resulting from accidents, neglect, failure to follow post-treatment care instructions, or pre-existing conditions that were disclosed prior to treatment.

6. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient of Dentist Playa del Carmen, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your medical and dental history, including all medications, allergies, and pre-existing conditions.
• Inform us of any changes to your health status before treatment.
• Follow pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions provided by our dental team.
